Strawberry Ginger Refresher

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup frozen whole unsweetened California strawberries
1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, with juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot

Cooking Directions:

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth. Enjoy!
