more fruity than this one!
The
Fruity Smoothie
- 1 (8-ounce) can fruit
cocktail, undrained
1 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup NESTLÉ CARNATION Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup ice, crushed
- In a blender combine fruit
cocktail (undrained), milk, powdered milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Cover and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend until
mixed.
Makes 3 servings.
