Super easy chocolate fudge with peanut
butter chips.
Chocolate Peanut
Butter Chip Fudge
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate
chips (2 cups)
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter chips
Line 8-inch square pan with foil; set
aside.
In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate
chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt and cook over
low heat, stirring constantly, just until chips are melted and
mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat. Quickly stir in the
peanut butter chips.
Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut
into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.
