Easy, creamy vanilla and peanut butter double decker fudge.

Creamy Double Decker Fudge

1 cup peanut butter flavored chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a heavy saucepan, melt peanut butter chips and 2/3 of the can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir until chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into the a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
  2. In a separate saucepan over low heat, mix the remainder of the can of sweetened condensed milk with chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth, then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over the peanut butter mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Makes 16 pieces.
