Quick and easy recipes using refrigerated cookie dough. Turn into a pizza-sized monster of a cookie, bars or individual cookies.
Perfect Bar and Big Cookies with Refrigerated Cookie Dough
- 1 package NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, (your choice)
- Preheat oven to temperature shown are chart below. Grease baking pan or dish, baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Cut ends off package and cut wrapper along seam to open. Remove dough.
- Press dough into prepared pan, dish or baking sheet. (See chart below.)
- Bake until edge is set and center is still slightly soft.
- Cool completely; cut into bars or wedges. (For baking sheet and pizza pan cookies, upon removing from oven, cool for 1 minute and carefully loosen cookie with spatula.)
Makes 8 servings.
1 package (18 ounces) Chocolate Chip or Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
13 x 9-inch baking pan dish 375° F. 10 to 16 minutes
Baking sheet, 10-inch or 12-inch pizza pan 375° F. 10 to 13 minutes
9-inch tart or springform pan 375° F. 20 to 24 minutes
11 x 7-inch baking dish 375° F. 22 to 24 minutes1 package (18 ounces) Chocolate Chip & White Fudge
13 x 9-inch baking pan or dish 375° F. 16 to 19 minutes
Baking sheet, 10-inch or 12-inch pizza pan 375° F. 12 to 15 minutes
9-inch tart or springform pan 375° F. 22 to 24 minutes
11 x 7-inch baking dish 375° F. 23 to 26 minutes1 package (32 ounces) Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
13 x 9-inch baking pan or dish 375° F. 25 to 30 minutes
