This make-ahead dessert is quick and easy
to do with gourmet results.

Cream Cheese Terrine
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream
cheese, softened
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extact
1 (2.8-ounce) package NESTLE EUROPEAN STYLE Mousse Mix
Caramel ice cream topping, for garnish
- Line 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch
loaf pan with foil.
- Combine cream cheese,
1/4 cup caramel topping and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl.
Beat on medium speed for about 1 minute or until creamy. Spread
into prepared loaf pan.
- Prepare mousse mix according
to steps 1 and 2 of package directions. Spread over cream cheese
layer. Freeze for about 1 hour or until mousse is firm.
- Invert terrine onto serving
platter; carefully remove foil. Cut into slices; drizzle with
additional caramel topping.
