Orange Banana Nog (Diabetic)

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup no-cholesterol real egg product
1 small banana, sliced
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 3 to 4 1/2 packets Equal®sweetener or 2 to 3 tablespoons Equal®Spoonful™
Ground nutmeg
  1. Process all ingredients, except nutmeg, in blender or food processor until smooth; pour into glasses. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
