A hollowed-out loaf of French bread is stuffed with a cheesy ground beef sauce.

Beef-Stuffed French Bread

1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of
chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of cheese soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed vegetable soup (optional)
1 unsliced loaf of French bread
1 (8-ounce) package of shredded cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet drain and set aside.
  3. Mix soups together and add ground beef mixture and set aside.
  4. Take French bread loaf and hollow it out. Take the bread from the inside and add to the soup mixture, stir together.
  5. Pour soup mixture into the hollowed-out French bread loaf; top with shredded cheese and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
