Beef-Stuffed French Bread
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of
chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
condensed cream of cheese soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
condensed vegetable soup (optional)
1 unsliced loaf of French bread
1 (8-ounce) package of shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 400*F (205*C).
- Brown ground beef and chopped onion in
a skillet drain and set aside.
- Mix soups together and add ground beef
mixture and set aside.
- Take French bread loaf and hollow it out.
Take the bread from the inside and add to the soup mixture, stir
together.
- Pour soup mixture into the hollowed-out
French bread loaf; top with shredded cheese and bake in preheated
oven for 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
