The title says it all;
all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a quick skillet
dinner.
Cheeseburger
Rice
- 1 pound lean ground beef
1 3/4 cups water
2/3 cup tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups instant rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown beef in a large
skillet; drain. Stir in water, ketchup and mustard. Bring to
a boil; stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese and cover. Remove
from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
