Sometimes you need a recipe to know how to cook hamburger patties in the microwave, this is one such recipe.

Hamburger Patties

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 slice white bread, diced
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  1. In a bowl mix ground beef, chopped onion, diced slice of white bread, ketchup, salt, prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish. Shape into patties, about 3 1/2-inches in diameter.
  2. Place in a square 8-inch baking dish. Cover loosely and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes; turn dish one-quarter turn. Microwave until done, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
