An easy and hearty meal with seasoned ground turkey patties served on a bed of buttered pasta.

Italian Meat Loaf Patties

12 ounces noodles
1 tablespoon butter
2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup spaghetti sauce - divided use
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons grated onion

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook noodles with butter according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, dry bread crumbs, eggs and onion. Shape into 8 patties and place on an aluminum foil lined 9-inch baking pan. Brush with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until done in the center. Serve over the buttered noodles.

Makes 8 servings.
