Lip Lickin' Lasagna
- 2 pounds hamburger meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 (8-ounce) packages mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Drain out excess juices. Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer on low heat.
- Cook noodles according to directions on box.
- On bottom layer of lasagna, spread half of meat mixture. Next, add cottage cheese. Sprinkle one bag of mozzarella, one half bag of cheddar and one half bag Parmesan. Add layer of noodles. Repeat meat and cheese, leaving about a handful of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses out for topping. Add one more very thin layer of noodles. Sprinkle cheeses for topping. Bake at 400*F (205*C) until cheese is melted and top is starting to brown. Takes approximately 45 minutes depending on oven. Cut into 12 squares and serve.
