Microwave Barbecue Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided use
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
  2. Shape into loaf in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  4. Cover loosely with wax paper.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning dish after 6 minutes.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
