Quick and easy meatloaf
in under 30 minutes from start to finish.

Meatloaf
- 1 pound lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons soy sauce
- In a large bowl combine
ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, cheese, ketchup, onion
soup mix and soy sauce; mix well.
- Pat meat mixture into
a microwave-safe loaf pan. Microwave on MEDIUM for 12 to 14 minutes
or until cooked through. Brown under a broiler for 5 minutes
to finish. Let stand several minutes before slicing.
Makes 4 servings.
