Mini Pizza Meatloaves

1 1/2 pounds 80% lean ground beef
1 1/4 cups pizza sauce, divided use
3/4 cup QUAKER Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup (3 ounce) shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except 3/4 cup pizza sauce and cheese; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press approximately 1/3 cup meatloaf mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thermometer inserted into center registers 160°F. Remove meatloaves from oven.
  4. Top each with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove meatloaves from pan and serve.
