A quick and easy layered ground beef casserole...with a slight Italian flair.

Quick and Easy Lasagna

8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3/4 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk; set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  5. In an 8-inch square baking dish spread sauce on bottom, then noodles, the soup mixture, continue layering, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
