A quick and easy layered
ground beef casserole...with a slight Italian flair.
Quick
and Easy Lasagna
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3/4 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cook lasagna noodles according
to package directions.
- In a small bowl, combine
cream of mushroom soup and milk; set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium-high
heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain. Stir in spaghetti
sauce. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 400°F
(205°C).
- In an 8-inch square baking
dish spread sauce on bottom, then noodles, the soup mixture,
continue layering, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with shredded
mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or
until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
