Try something unique and delicious! Transform everyday hamburgers into sweet and spicy mini biscuit burgers!

Sweet & Spicy Biscuit Burgers

Spicy Aioli:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mini Burgers:
1 package of 10 ready-to-bake biscuits
1 pound ground sirloin
1 medium shallot, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium egg
5 slices pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese, halved
30 sliced sweet pickles
1 (28-ounce) can BUSH'S® Homestyle Baked Beans
  1. Prepare biscuits according to package directions. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes and then slice in half.
  2. Combine spicy aioli ingredients in small bowl, mixing thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated. Set aside.
  3. Mix shallot, hot sauce, garlic powder and egg well into ground sirloin. Take approximately 4 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into 10 small, flat patties.
  4. Cook the small patties on hot grill (500 to 600°F | 250 to 300°C) until done to your taste, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve each patty on sliced biscuit with a dollop of spicy aioli, 3 sliced sweet pickles and half slice of cheese
  5. Serve 2 to 3 mini burgers per person with a generous portion of Homestyle Baked Beans.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes.
Cooking time: 5 minutes.
