Tex-Mex Macaroni and Cheese For Two
- 1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Macaroni and Cheese, defrosted according to package directions
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon chopped pickled jalapeño pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add bell pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Add ground beef, jalapeño, seasoned salt, corn and macaroni and cheese. Transfer to prepared pie plate.
- BAKE for 10 to 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
