Leftover holiday turkey?
Make this tasty turkey salad, it's great as a sandwich filling,
served with crackers or on a bed of leafy lettuce.

Holiday Turkey Salad
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- In a large bowl, combine
mayonnaise, vegetables and cranberries in large bowl.
- Add turkey; mix lightly.
Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30
minutes or until ready to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
