This easy, no-bake fruity pudding and ladyfinger dessert looks as good as it tastes.

Fluffy & Fruity Dessert

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 (4-serving size) package cheesecake flavored or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 pint heavy or whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3-ounce) package ladyfingers
  1. Mix together the pineapple with its juice, dry pudding mix, strawberries and marshmallows in large bowl until well blended; set aside.
  2. Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into pudding mixture.
  4. Line a large, glass serving bowl with ladyfingers, with cut sides facing in. Fill with the pudding mixture; cover.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 12 servings.
