These Halloween fun cookies and cream dessert
cups are topped with whipped cream 'ghosts' with spooky little
chocolate 'eyes'!
Ghostly Dessert Cups
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3.25-ounce each) packages instant chocolate pudding
1 (12-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (16-ounce) package chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies,
crushed
Miniature chocolate chips or other small candies for eyes
- 15 party paper cups
- Place cold milk into a large bowl; add
pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping
and half of the cookie crumbs.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs and
1/2 cup pudding into the 15 party cups. Top with remaining crumbs.
- Decorate with remaining whipped topping
by swirling spoonfuls (the ghosts) on top and make the eyes with
the miniature chips.
Serves 15.
