For an easy spin on a Halloween-theme, this yummy cream cheese and white chocolate fudge is tinted pumpkin-orange.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate chips, melted
1 cup toasted chopped nuts
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 drops yellow food coloring
4 drops red food coloring
- Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, grease with butter; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition.
- Add melted white chocolate, nuts, vanilla and food colorings; mix well.
- Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into 48 squares.
