Since this recipe makes enough for 8 people, it's a perfect sweet treat to serve at your annual Passover gathering.

Chocolate-Dipped Matzos for Passover

4-ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
2 matzos, broken into several pieces
1/2 cup flaked coconut
  1. Melt chocolate in small saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Dip each matzo piece partially into chocolate; sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Place on wax paper-covered tray. Let stand until chocolate is firm.

Makes 8 servings, about 3 pieces each.

Use Your Microwave:
Place unwrapped chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Microwave an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted. Continue as directed.
