A low carb, modest sodium recipe.
Chicken Fingers
- 2 tablespoons (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
8 ounces (225g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into long strips
1/2 cup (120mL) plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup (60mL) egg substitute
1 tablespoon (15mL) olive oil
- Mix bread crumbs and Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb.
- Dip chicken in egg and then coat with Mrs. Dash® mixture.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil for about 3 minutes each side, or until brown and chicken reaches 170°F (77°C).
Serves 2.
