This is definitely a must try variation on changing up a frozen macaroni and cheese casserole.

Macaroni with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

1 (40-ounce) package frozen macaroni and cheese
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons butter, melted
  1. Thaw macaroni and cheese in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Stir together macaroni and cheese, Parmesan cheese, and blue cheese. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Stir together bread crumbs, walnuts, and butter; spread evenly over macaroni and cheese mixture.
