- 3 large egg yolks
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon yellow food coloring (optional)
1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C).
- In a medium bowl, beat
egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and yellow
food coloring.
- Pour into a graham cracker
pie crust and bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
