This is simplistic gourmet
provolone pizza -- with two types of provolone, aged and mild
-- olive oil, garlic, roma tomatoes fresh basil and cracked black
pepper.

- 1 pizza crust, (12-inch)
pre-baked
3 medium roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon garlic and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
mixed
4 ounces Wisconsin Aged Provolone, shredded
4 ounces Wisconsin Mild Provolone, shredded
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper, cracked
- Prepare dough for a 12-inch pizza crust
and spread garlic and oil blend on crust. Place sliced tomatoes
over crust, then shredded cheeses. Top with basil and black pepper.
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 8 to
10 minutes.
