Turn leftover holiday ham into a whole
new meal.
Ham Loaf
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely
chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 cups cooked ground ham
- 1 cup raw grated carrots
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Place into a greased 9
x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes
before removing.
Makes 6 servings.
