A quick and easy microwave recipe for pork tenderloin with a tangy mustard sauce.

Microwave Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

8 ounces pork steaks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

  1. Place pork steaks in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and chopped onion. Cover with vented plastic wrap and cook on MEDIUM for 4 minutes; rotate a quarter turn; cook 4 minutes longer.
  2. Mix together chopped green bell pepper, water, prepared brown mustard, prepared mustard, and flour; spoon over the pork. Cover with vented plastic wrap and cook, turning the casserole every 3 minutes, until the pork is done, about 4 to 6 minutes.

Makes 2 servings.
