As the sweet aroma of this apple and pork casserole fills the kitchen, your family will be waiting in anticipation.

Pork Chops with Escalloped Apples

1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Harvest Apples, defrosted according to package directions
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 pork chops
1/2 cup chopped nuts, (optional)
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
  2. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops; brown on both sides.
  3. COMBINE escalloped apples and nuts in small bowl.
  4. PLACE pork chops in 8-inch square baking dish; pour escalloped apple mixture over pork chops.
  5. BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
