Pork Chops
with Escalloped Apples
- 1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S®
Harvest Apples, defrosted according to package directions
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 pork chops
1/2 cup chopped nuts, (optional)
- PREHEAT oven to 350°
F.
- HEAT oil in large skillet
over medium heat. Add pork chops; brown on both sides.
- COMBINE escalloped apples
and nuts in small bowl.
- PLACE pork chops in 8-inch
square baking dish; pour escalloped apple mixture over pork chops.
- BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes
or until heated through.
