No need to spend the entire evening cooking in the kitchen. Made in a snap, these glorious pork chops are cooked with a touch of cream sauce and can accompany any side dish.

Quick and Creamy Pork Chops

1 tablespoon olive oil
6 pork chops
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup water

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and brown pork chops on each side, about 6 minutes total. Remove chops and set aside; drain fat. In the same skillet, stir in soup and water. Bring to a boil, then return chops to the skillet. Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 10 more minutes, or until chops are done; stir occasionally. Serve warm.

Makes 6 servings.
