Scalloped Potatoes with Ham.

Turn a package of frozen scalloped potatoes into a main dish fast by adding cooked ham, Swiss cheese, onion and peas.

Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

2 (11.5-ounce) packages frozen scalloped potatoes, defrosted according to package directions
1/2 cup coarsely chopped ham
1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons chopped onion
  1. Combine scalloped potatoes, ham, cheese, peas and onion in medium bowl.
  2. Place in 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 4 minutes; stir. Microwave for an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 4 servings.

Oven Method: Bake in preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
