pork chops.

Mex Chops
- 4 pork chops
1 teaspoon oil
1 cup salsa
1 (4-ounce) can diced mild green chile peppers, undrained
- In a large skillet, brown
boneless pork chops (use cuts that are about 3/4-inch thick)
in oil, about 2 minutes. Then add salsa and diced green chilies.
Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 8 to10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
