Baked Barbecued Chicken 1 (2 1/2 to 3-pound) chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
About 1/2 cup ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
- Place chicken in a baking dish large enough to hold all the chicken in a single layer.
- Place lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and horseradish in a glass 2-cup measure; fill to the 1-cup level with ketchup. Stir well; pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake 40 minutes, uncovered, basting occasionally until tender.
Serves 4.
