Boneless turkey, flattened to 1-inch thickness, is marinated overnight in an Asian-style peanut butter sauce and then grilled, basted with the sauce.

Boned Turkey with Peanut Sauce

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 pounds boneless, fresh turkey, or if frozen, thawed
  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, chunky peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili powder, sugar, and crushed garlic clove; stir well.
  2. Pound deboned turkey until flattened to 1-inch thick. Marinate in the peanut butter sauce overnight.
  3. Grill over medium coals for 15 minutes on each side, baste frequently with the sauce.

Makes 6 servings.
