Chicken Broccoli Bake
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of
chicken soup
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli,
thawed
3 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/4 cup buttered and crushed Ritz crackers
- Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Heat
until smooth.
- Place the broccoli and chicken in a lightly
greased casserole dish and spoon sauce mixture over all.
- Sprinkle the buttered cracker crumbs on
top.
- Bake in a 350*F (175*C) oven for 25 to
30 minutes, or until bubbly and hot.
Makes 6 servings.
