Chicken Cheese Stack-Ups.

Here's a busy night menu idea, thanks to the convenient ready-made creamed chicken, preparation of this tasty dish is quick and easy. Serve with a green salad and warm Original Nestle Toll House Cookies for dessert.

Chicken Cheese Stack-Ups

2 (6.5-ounce) packages frozen creamed chicken, defrosted according to package directions
1 (2.5-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped onion
8 English muffins, split in half
1 (16-ounce) can whole cranberry sauce, warmed
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine creamed chicken, mushrooms, sour cream and onion in medium bowl. Place four muffin halves on baking sheet; spoon chicken mixture over each. Top with remaining muffin halves. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes; top with cranberry sauce.
