Kids love creamy cheesy pasta dishes! It's
a great dish of leftover turkey, too!
Creamy Chicken and Penne
Pasta
16 ounces penne pasta, cooked
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
16 ounces processed cheese product, cubed (such as Velveeta)
1 3/4 cups small-curd cottage cheese
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Stir together all ingredients. Spoon into
a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for
30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
