This easy chicken and stuffing
casserole is a real family pleaser.

Chicken Bake
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves
- 8 (4-inch) slices Swiss
cheese
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed
cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup seasoned stuffing
mix, crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C).
- Arrange the chicken in
a lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese slices. Combine the soup and wine and mix well. Pour over
the chicken. Top with
stuffing mix crumbs and drizzle with butter.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes,
or until chicken is done.
Makes 8 servings.
