Italian Chicken & Orzo Skillet
- 1 pound boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA
Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups hot cooked orzo
pasta
- Cook chicken and zucchini
in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 minutes or until
chicken is done
- Add Cooking Creme and
tomatoes; cook and stir 2 minutes
- Serve over pasta.
Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
Substitute: Substitute
2 cups frozen cut green beans for the zucchini.
