Grilled bone-in-turkey breast with a spiced cherry sauce.

Grilled Turkey Breast with Cherry Sauce

1 Honeysuckle White® (approximately 5 pounds)
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking sherry
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  1. In small saucepan, over low heat, combine remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Use a blender to puree 1/2 cup sauce.
  2. Brush pureed sauce over turkey breast during last 10 minutes of grilling time.
  3. Remove turkey breast from grill and let stand 15 minutes.
  4. To serve, slice breast, arrange slices on platter, and top with remaining warm sauce.
