What could be better than a five-ingredient main dish that bakes with little tending? To complete the meal, just add a baked potato and a tossed salad.

Honey Dijon Chicken

Nonstick cooking spray
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 (about 1 1/4 pounds total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line baking sheet with foil; lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine honey and mustard in small bowl. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Brush with honey-mustard mixture. Bake, brushing twice with additional glaze, for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with parsley.
