A tasty combination of
turkey and veggies in a drizzling, sweet sauce.
Honey Barbecue
Turkey Kabobs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 packages Honeysuckle White Tenderloins
1 bunch scallion greens, sliced into flat 2-inch pieces
Honey barbecue sauce
- Wooden skewers
- Whisk together oil, soy
sauce, honey, garlic and pepper. Add the turkey and marinate
for 2 or more hours (the longer the better.) Discard marinade.
- Soak 10 to 12 wooden skewers
for 30 minutes or more.
- Drain turkey mix and divide
turkey evenly among the skewers, adding the scallion greens between
pieces.
- Cook the kabobs on the
grill, turning and brushing with your favorite honey barbecue
sauce for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the turkey is fully
cooked. This can also be done in the broiler.
