Easy and quite delicious!
Chicken breasts are coated in a simple honey-mustard mixture
and marinated for a minimum of an hour prior to grilling.
Honey Mustard
Grilled Chicken
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
salad dressing
3 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
breast halves
- In large bowl, whisk together
salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Add chicken and turn to coat well; cover and marinate in refrigerator
1 hour or overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade
and place on prepared charcoal grill about 6 inches from heat.
Grill chicken, turning occasionally, about 35 minutes or until
fork can be inserted with ease.
