Recipe developed from a conversation overheard between two old ladies on a bus.

"Old Ladies On A Bus"

1 cut-up chicken
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup orange marmalade
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup hot barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine marmalade, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mixing well.
  3. Place chicken, skin side up, in 9 x 13 pan lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 1 hour, basting occasionally.
  4. Increase temperature to 400°F. and bake 15 minutes longer.

Makes 4 servings.
