Onion
Cranberry Chicken Bake
- 1 whole chicken, cut into
serving pieces
- 1 (16-ounce) can smooth
cranberry sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle of
French dressing
- 1 (1-ounce) package dry
onion soup mix
- Hot cooked long-grain
rice
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
(175°C).
- Place chicken into a 13
x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients
into a sauce pan, heat over low heat until boiling; remove from
hear and pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour
or until done, spooning sauce over every 15 minutes. Serve with
cooked rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
