A quick and easy casserole
using cooked turkey and frozen hash brown potatoes. A good recipe
for using leftover turkey.
Parmesan
Turkey and Potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (12-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 3 cups cooked turkey,
sliced or chopped
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl combine
melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, dry mustard, and garlic
powder. Stir in semi-thawed hash brown potatoes.
- Place half the potato
mixture in baking dish, top with the turkey, and cover with the
remaining potato mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes,
or heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
