Parmesan Turkey and Potatoes

1 pound turkey, sliced
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (12-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice cooked turkey into 1/2-inch slices.
  3. In a large bowl combine melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Stir in semi-thawed hash brown potatoes.
  4. Place half the potato mixture in baking dish, top with the sliced turkey, and cover with the remaining potato mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or heated through.

Makes 6 servings.
