Pineapple Chicken.

Quick, easy and sure to please the whole family.

Pineapple Chicken

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken pieces, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 MAGGI Garlic & Onion Flavor Seasoning Cubes, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Hot, cooked rice
  1. Cut pineapple chunks in half; reserve. Mix pineapple juice, cornstarch and sugar in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes or until golden. Add onion, bell pepper, crushed seasoning cubes and black pepper; cook for 3 minutes. Add pineapple and pineapple juice mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until it reaches a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Serve with rice.
