A meal-in-one slow-cooker recipe.
Prep
and Forget Turkey
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
(or ground chicken)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 package stuffing mix for turkey
- Combine ground turkey,
onion, vegetables, dressing and steak sauce in a small slow cooker.
Top with cranberry sauce; sprinkle with dry stuffing mix. Cover
with lid. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours (or on high 3 to 4 hours).
Makes 5 servings.
