This easy chicken and broccoli
casserole is a great recipe for using leftover chicken or turkey.

Chicken Divan
- 2 (10-ounce) packages
frozen broccoli, thawed
- 2 cups chopped, fully-cooked
chicken
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed
cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed
cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C).
- Place thawed broccoli
in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread chopped,
fully-cooked chicken over
broccoli. Combine soups, sour cream and lemon juice. Pour
over chicken. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
or until golden brown and bubbly hot.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
